The goal is to work with you to help you create lifestyle changes that help you not only become physically healthier but mentally too. I want you to live your best life and to not only help you achieve that based on your current goals but give you the skills and tools that allow you to grow and adapt as your life grows and changes. I take a very personalized approach because I believe that we do not live in a one size fits all world. We all have unique needs. I take the approach that we are all bio individuals and that no two people are the same.

I bring together various elements such as self-care, healthy eating, physical fitness, and stress reduction. I can help you identify a strategic and safe plan of action and lead you to success.

If you are ready to take control of your health and wellness the first step is to set up a one-on-one video consultation. This will allow us to get to know each other, learn about my approach, discuss goals, and generally get a feel for whether working together is a good fit for you.

Changing your health and wellness patterns can be challenging and it is important that you find the right fit for you to be successful. Be proud of yourself for taking this first step to take control of your life. My goal is to help as many women as possible take control of their health and live healthier and happier lives. If I am a good fit then great, if I am not then I will do what I can to help find you the right fit.

Focus in sessions will be determined by what your goals are. The general categories I focus on are Joy, Spirituality, Creativity, Finances, Career, Education, Overall Health, Home Environment, Relationships, and Social life. What each of these looks like is based on what they mean to you. For example, spirituality may be an organized religion to you or it may mean meditation or even communing with nature. The program will adapt to you. We will of course focus on nutrition as well as physical activity, but our lives and our health are much more than what we put in our mouths and how we move our bodies.
