Hey there! I’m Hillary.

I have a passion to help others. I am a mom of two who made a choice 6 years ago that changed my life. I made a decision that I thought I was making for one reason which turned into more than I can even explain.

I was looking for a way to help myself get healthier and to find a way to live a healthier life without changing who I am. I found that and so much more. I learned how to live a healthier lifestyle without having to sacrifice living life on my terms. Being able to pass on what I have learned and helping others to do the same was a natural transition for me. I believe we are all unique and I take an individualized approach with my clients. This is your journey and my role is to guide you and support you. 

I am a Certified Health Coach from the Institute of Integrated Nutrition (IIN) and an Ultimate Portion Fix Master Coach. In addition I am working towards achieving Board Certification in Health Coaching from The National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) in 2022.
