Hey there! I’m Hillary.

I am a mom of two who made a choice 8 years ago that changed my life. I made a decision that I thought I was making for one reason which turned into more than I can even explain.

I was looking for a way to help myself get healthier and to find a way to live a healthier life without changing who I am. I found that and so much more. I learned how to live a healthier lifestyle without having to sacrifice living life on my terms. Being able to pass on what I have learned and helping others to do the same was a natural transition for me. I believe we are all unique and I take an individualized approach with my clients. This is your journey and my role is to guide you and support you. I am passionate about what I do and my approach to health is that we are all different and so health looks different for each of us. My job is to help you figure out what that means to you and help you learn how to accomplish that.

I am a Certified Health Coach from the Institute of Integrated Nutrition (IIN) and I am a National Board Certified Health Coach from The National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching (NBHWC).
